Felt skeptical after reading all the reviews after already ordering…couldn’t fault at all! Great service and prompt delivery on the three occasions I have bought!!

Has this company gone bust? I used to buy regularly without complication but my last order was never received. I tried emailing with no response 🤔

I've bought from this company before without problems. However, my last order (on 16 January) didn't arrive and I was promised a refund. The refund never happened and now they're ignoring my emails. Avoid!

Doesn't respond to emails and will definitely avoid. Poor experience and no customer service skills. Website doesn't even work properly.

Disgusting! Never delivered my order. Over £70! Two times told me it had been sent to summerset by mistake, which is nothing similar to my location! Have to constantly email them to chase up orders. They offered a refund….never received one! Absolutely awful

Ordered, it never arrived. I contacted them mid Jan and they knew it hadn't arrived and said they would issue a refund to card used. Mid Feb and still no refund and they don't reply anymore . Avoid . Poor service.

I'd retract my previous 5 star review if I knew how. Since then, the service from this company has plummeted. Like others, I've experienced two episodes of unfulfilled orders; having to chase/email constantly (they don't answer phone). Currently waiting for an order fulfilment or refund from goods ordered and paid for November 2022. AVOID!!

Absolutely awful experiences with this company. They take weeks on end to actually even (apparently) send your order and then it takes weeks more to arrive somehow. They lie about having dispatched orders, don’t give tracking numbers. Their customer service is abysmal, they don’t actually answer the questions you ask, just repeatedly say they’ll ‘sort it’ and then do nothing. I’ve sent over 10 emails over the past 3 weeks since my order was apparently sent and every single one of them has been blatantly ignored. I’m now going to have to escalate it and contact my bank to try and get my money back. And this whole ordeal has now happened TWICE. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time since the order did actually arrive eventually. But this time it’s gone on for even longer and I’ve just been ignored every time I’ve gotten in touch. They’re incredibly unprofessional, incompetent and I have no idea how they’re still even running their business. I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear and order from literally ANY other website. Horrific.

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. Got a dispatch email and nothing has arrived . Have emailed them and heard nothing back . Robbing bastens

Disgusting rogue traders.kept getting fobbed off for 6 weeks promising they would make delivery or refund. Only when I reported it as a fraudulent transaction with my bank did I receive a refund. Avoid.

Ordered e-liquid before Christmas and they never arrived. Tried contacting via email and phone a number for times but I got no response. Do not use this website!

Ordered some vapes for my husband before Xmas had an email that they had been dispatched. They did not arrive. Tried to call quite a few times but nobody ever answers the phone. Emailed them, they did reply saying they would look into it but nothing happened. Emailed again, still nothing. 3rd email they promised a refund which never happened. Finally after the 4th email I did get my money back. I have ordered from them before without any problems but something is going wrong with their customer service. I will not be using them again. Seems lots of similar stories about this company on here. Steer clear.

Placed order 24th January, received item shipped email 25th January Today is the 1st Feb no order received, sent emails and tried calling numerous times no reply. Now have to ring bank to start chargeback !! Wish i had looked at all the other 1 star reviews before I ordered!! Avoid and use alternative company

First time I used company was OK no problems.
Second order very poor service. Ordered my stuff had a email from them saying was sent a week I emailed to ask where order was. Just got a reply saying we will refund you in 7 days. Didn't want a refund wanted my order. Problems happen I get that. I emailed them twice more no response.
Let's see if I get a response to this.
